All items are brand new, in perfect condition and come in the original box with certificate (where provided by the Manufacturer).
Payment & Terms

- We pride ourselves on the fast delivery times of our products from our warehouse right to your door. All items are packaged safely & securely.
- We offer a next day Courier Service FedEx which is FREE
When you receive your item, if at all damaged it must be reported to us by email within 24 hours.
Collectables Ltd offers a complete guarantee. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can confidently return the item to us for a full refund or replacement. The item must be returned to us within 14 days after delivery.
Our full returns and refunds policy states:
- “We want all our customers to be totally satisfied with every purchase they make. It is our aim to offer you good value for your money, time, and trust on our online sale. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging, together with the receipt. We’ll exchange it or offer you a full refund and that’s guaranteed!”
- However it will be your responsibility to pay the postage costs for any returns, unless the item is damaged or faulty in anyway. Valid proof of purchase required. No used item will be accepted.
- We only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.
